procedure:

➡Go to google and search for JDK then open the 1st link and download the package which is suitable for your PC. (or) you can simply download from the link given at the bottom of this post.
➡After completing the download you can install and open that file location in your files and copy that location.
➡search in your PC " path variable" then press enter you can get the option environment variables click on it and add the path location which you have copied earlier.
➡Now download and install VS code(link is at the bottom) and open it then search extensions for java and download that package in your vs code.
➡And now you are ready to make your first project(use file name ends with ".java").
